Chutney Turkey Sandwich
I have a 4-year-old at home, and sometimes I just need to put something quick together for him or me to eat. Thankfully with the right spices on hand this is easy to do without feeling boring or tasting flat. This "recipe" is just a few flavor tweaks away from what you already know, but is so much more delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 slice of bread, a whole grain white is nice
- Mayonnaise
- Sliced cooked turkey breast (deli or homemade)
- Tomato & White Sultana Chutney
- Arugula or other greens
Directions
- Add a thin layer of mayonnaise to one side of the bread then slice it in half.
- Add as much turkey as you like, a thin layer of the chutney, and arugula or other greens.
- If you're quite hungry just make one using two slices of bread instead.
