Chutney Turkey Sandwich

Thankfully with the right spices on hand this is easy to do without feeling boring or tasting flat. This "recipe" is just a few flavor tweaks away from what you already know, but is so much more delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread, a whole grain white is nice
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sliced cooked turkey breast (deli or homemade)
  • Tomato & White Sultana Chutney
  • Arugula or other greens

Directions

  1. Add a thin layer of mayonnaise to one side of the bread then slice it in half.
  2. Add as much turkey as you like, a thin layer of the chutney, and arugula or other greens.
  3. If you're quite hungry just make one using two slices of bread instead.
