Comapeño & Poblano Chilies

Two small-batch chilies from our friends at Boonville Barn Collective.

From the 2020 harvest. These two chilies are a great way to add heat and flavor to your next meal. Comapeño is a rare chili native to Veracruz, Mexico, and is hot (about twice as hot as cayenne), with a beautiful fruity and acidic profile. Poblano chilies are usually found fresh, and this dried version lets you add that delightful vegetal undertone and mild heat to any dish.
