In a 3 qt. saucepan, bring 3 c. of water and 2 Tbsp. of olive oil to a boil. Add the contents of this Spice Rice jar, stir, and bring to a simmer. Cover and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Cook for 18 minutes. Turn off the heat and let rest covered for 5 minutes before fluffing and serving.
