It's one of our "everything spices." Add it to anything-raw, cooked, sweet, or savory-and you'll be surprised.

A smoky-sweet, mildly hot chile. Urfa chiles have an unusual drying process which retain their natural oils and moisture.  Chocolate and red wine tannin notes with a hint of bitter orange make it an addictive spice.

Urfa pepper

I purchased this for fun. So I tried it as a substitute in things I enjoy eating. I’m now an enthusiast. I enjoy urfa with tomatoes, basil, burrata & EVOO.

Love this URFA

I have had a lot of recipes ask for URFA and I knew just where to find harder to find ingredients . As always an excellent delicious product from La Boite NY !
