Spices do not go bad, but they do lose their potency as time goes by. The older the spices are, the less flavor they will impart in your recipes. We source only the highest quality, freshest spices available for our blends. To fully enjoy them at their best, we recommend using our spices within a year from the date of purchase.
Our jars are ideal for storing your newly bought spices. After using them, be sure to seal lids properly. Keep jars in a cool and dry place. Direct contact and/or extreme exposure to light, air, heat, and moisture can degrade spices. We do not recommend freezing or refrigeration as the temperature changes can cause moisture condensation.
They are not certified no. In addition, four of our blends (Dali, Salvador, Siam, and Hanguk) have seafood essence in them, which contains shellfish. These are not produced on shared equipment.
With the exception of Yagenbori (which contains soy sauce powder), our spices do not contain gluten, but are not certified gluten-free.

If you have an account, you can track your orders at any time from the My Account link at the top of each page. Go to My Dashboard to see your most recent orders. Click on the order number that you want to check. This will open a new page, where you can click on the Shipments tab to see the details of that order’s shipment. Click on the Tracking Number to be taken to the FedEx Shipment Tracking page to track your order.
