    Intoxicating scent

    I just purchased my second Baharat in six months. I love it for any meat stew. But now there are a couple of Syrian dishes in my rotation that are taken up a tasty notch, so I can’t do without it. The most recent was a veal and peas dish that smelled heavenly with the Baharat. It takes me right back to my Steta’s kitchen.
