• Breeze - breezey is in the name - delicate tea flavor of hibiscus with a bright hit of lemon, finished with anise. The blend brings sweet-tart notes to roasted fish and veggies alike.
  
• Curcumade - Rich and refreshing, curcumade combines Alleppey turmeric and ginger with the sweet-tart bite of amchoor, or green mango powder.
• Le Poivre - A robust blend of bold peppercorns and sweet, sun-soaked, Basque Espelette chilies infuses dishes with citrusy heat.
• Smoked Salt - Smoky and salty in a single pinch. Delicate, pyramid-shaped flakes are carefully smoked to evoke the distinctive flavor of grilling over an open flame.
