Ingredients
- 1 tsp Kumquat Compote with Cognac, 2-3 pieces with sauce
- 2 dashes Angostura bitter
- ½ tsp sugar
- 6 oz chilled Champagne
- Cinnamon stick and kumquat for garnish
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir the kumquats, bitter, and sugar together to dissolve the sugar and place the mixture in the bottom of a champagne flute.
- Pour the champagne into the glass and enjoy with a cinnamon stick wrapped with a tender kumquat for garnish.
