Love this.....use it on pork, chicken and lamb. Also sprinkle it on buttered toast and love it. Recommend this spice.

I haven’t had a chance to use the spices I recently purchased yet. I am looking forward to them very much, based on my previous experiences with Lior’s spices.
When bake whole branzinos I always bring Cancale to the table for guests to sprinkle on their own servings so it combines with the white meat. In one sprinkling of Cancale the branzino is so enhanced perfectly.
