I love Cancale & have been using it for several years as a go-to for salads/salad dressing, sweet potatoes, sautéed chard, chickpeas, salted/roasted nuts, etc. I first began using orange and fennel w salt a long time ago after a visit to Provence in the 70’s. Love this.....use it on pork, chicken and lamb. Also sprinkle it on buttered toast and love it. Recommend this spice.
