Nice spice combo good on fish or poultry, the mustard adds a pleasant and a tangy je ne sais quoi to your dish.
I love this on my salmon with a little vadouvan also, it makes a nice crust, delicious ! You need to make this in a larger size. I use it on chicken and others things too.
