Everything you produce takes the dish to another level. I use Aleppo as a finishing pepper.
Excellent. I have used Aleppo for many years, but the La Boite blend is now my favorite. It is so fresh & subtle with the flavors of the dried peppers but has that spicy bite that finishes it off. I use it on everything where I don’t want the spiciness to overpower the dish & love it on pizza as a replacement for the spicier red pepper flakes
I enjoy this pepper on a loaded baked potato and on a burrata, tomato and basil salad. The fruitiness of the pepper seems ideal with the tomatoes and the balsamic.
