For a light, creamy, dairy free milk, sesame milk is easy to whip up with tahini on hand.
Ingredients

½ cup tahina
-
3 cups water
-
Pinch of salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients well to a fluffy and smooth texture.
Store refrigerated.

Recipe Notes
The milk can look separated after settling but a quick shake brings it back together - it should be good for up to 8 days store properly.
For a sweetened milk, drizzle in some maple syrup to taste or add 2 pitted dates to the blender when blending.
