Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs (or legs), skin on
- 1/4 cup silan
- 2 tablespoons za'atar
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic slices
- Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Toss the chicken thigh with the silan, za'atar, garlic, some olive oil and salt. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or in a roasting pan.
- Bake for about 35 minutes till the chicken is fully cooked and enjoy!
