Smokey Sweet Chicken Wings
Smokey and sweet with crisp, caramelized edges – these wings are so delicious you will want to make a double batch. The smoked paprika, cumin, and warm chili notes in Amahari marry with sweet and savory silan for a perfect marinade.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup silan
- ¼ cup white vinegar
-
¼ cup olive oil
-
2 Tbsp Amahari blend
-
1 Tbsp Pierre Poivre
-
2 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 pounds chicken wings, cut into separate pieces
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients and toss to coat well. Marinade overnight or up to three days.
- When ready, preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on a greased (or parchment paper lined) baking tray.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is fall of the bone tender and caramelized and crisp on the edges. Rotate the tray halfway through baking and flip each wing on the tray for even roasting as well.
