Za'atar Vinaigrette

Herby Za'atar, full of nutty sesame seeds, and so much sumac flavor makes a great vinaigrette. With bloomed herbs and spices, fruity olive oil, and the sweet acidic support of good balsamic vinegar this is another vinaigrette that can be served as a light sauce.

Ingredients

• ¼ cup Za'atar spice blend (30g)
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar (56g)
• 1 tsp salt (2g)
• 6 Tbsp olive oil(45g)

Directions

1. Measure the ingredients into a clean jar with a leakproof lid.
2. Shake to blend well.
