This recipe is a great staple from our partner Amanda Freitag.  She uses it as a dip with crudité, as a marinade for chicken, as well as generously dolloped onto her favorite Crispy Skin Salmon with Peas and Mint (see Recipe Notes below).

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Green Queen blend
  • 1 cup yogurt or sour cream
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped chive
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely grated on a Microplane
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well to combine and enjoy as a dip, marinade or sauce.
