Sweet and smokey with the added depth of Harissa in the form of the Izak blend, Harissa Honey Baked Ham is an easy way to bring the holiday table together or any gathering of friends or family where a nice spread is in order. The ham is already cooked so you can focus on the flavoring and the sides.
Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed

¼ cup Izak blend
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 6 pounds boned out ham, smoked slicing ham
- 6 carrots (about 1 pound), cut into 2” pieces
- 2 large red onions (about 1 pound), peeled and cut into 8 wedges each

6 small Yukon gold potatoes, (about 2 pounds) cleaned and cut into ¼’s
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the honey, brown sugar, Izak, and vinegar to combine well.
- Slather generously all over the ham and place in the center of your roasting pan.
- Toss the vegetables in the vegetable to coat evenly and arrange them around the ham.
Cover the ham and roasting pan with aluminum foil and roast for 1 hour.
- Uncover, baste, and give the vegetables a stir and continue baking until the vegetables are nicely roasted and ham is warmed through.
- Rest for 15 minutes prior to carving and enjoy!

To aid in easy cleanup, spray the inside of the roasting pan well with nonstick cooking spray.
According to the USDA, the ham should take 12-14 minutes per pound at 350°F in case your ham is bigger or smaller than the one we have here. The internal temperature should be 145°F.
