Ingredients

  • ½ baguette, split lengthwise (200g)
  • 1 Tbsp butter, softened (14g)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (14g)
  • 2 tsp Pizza Posto spice blend
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (20g)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated on a microplane zester

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, using convection if available.
  2. Mix the butter, olive oil, Pizza Posto spice blend, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spread evenly between the 2 baguette halves.
  4. Bake on a tray for 10 minutes or until bread is golden brown and crispy on the edges and tender on the inside.
