Tomato and Parmesan Garlic Bread
Why choose pizza or garlic bread when you can have both. I love having this with salad or broccoli and Parmesan pasta.

Ingredients
- ½ baguette, split lengthwise (200g)
- 1 Tbsp butter, softened (14g)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (14g)
- 2 tsp Pizza Posto spice blend
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (20g)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated on a microplane zester
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, using convection if available.
- Mix the butter, olive oil, Pizza Posto spice blend, and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread evenly between the 2 baguette halves.
- Bake on a tray for 10 minutes or until bread is golden brown and crispy on the edges and tender on the inside.
