Thick slices of broccoli cook up tender and crisp in the oven. A great use of the Pierre Poivre N7 blend that shows how well it goes with vegetables.

1 large head of broccoli
Fleur de sel or kosher salt depending on what you have
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Slice the broccoli lengthwise into thick slices (about 1/2"), slicing larger stems in half lengthwise also. Some florets may fall off, this is ok.
Rub the florets with olive oil, Pierre, and salt and roast for 10-12 minutes per side, until well browned.
Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
