Love the flakes, —with the option of grinding the salt. Awesome taste!
I originally used this salt on a Ribeye Cap Steak and was overjoyed by the taste. Then I purchased one for my Nephew in another state. Now he has tried it on all different dishes and claims it to be “FIRE” (something young people say meaning excellent.). I’ve since used it on a pasta, shrimp and spinach dish and it was “FIRE” there too. I absolutely love this salt and have again purchased it as a gift for my niece, who is also in another state.

I'm a huge fan of the smoked salt. I literally put it on everything, from Burrata and tomatoes, grilled vegetables, or on fried eggs and a toasted bread and butter. Can't get enough of it.
