    Sofrico

This seasoning is great on chicken and fish. But I really like using sofrico on my assorted oven roasted vegetables.

Great Addition to My Spice Cabinet!

I add it to sauces, meats, salads. Sometimes, I just open the jar, take a whiff, and imagine that it must be what Eric Ripert’s aftershave must smell like ❤️

    New discovery

Amazing spice blend, an unexpected ally in the kitchen, when I don't feel like making my own sofrito. It helped me make a wonderful Tortilla Soup the other day.

    Sofrico! Fantástico!

Excellent Flavor. I learned of this product from watching Rachel Ray. This spice is amazingly good. I will share this site with other great cooks/chefs that I know who have a great appreciation for flavor.
