Tadka is a foundational technique in South Asian cooking: whole spices are quickly bloomed in hot oil or ghee, unlocking their deepest flavors and aromas. The result is a fragrant, spice-infused oil that transforms everything it touches—from lentils and stews to eggs, rice, or roasted vegetables.

This blend brings that magic into one convenient jar. No digging through spice jars or measuring required. Black mustard seed, cracked dhania, Lucknow fennel, curry leaves, and more—coarsely ground for maximum surface area and optimal bloom, whether toasted in fat or stirred directly into your dish.
