Apple and Almond Salad
The tart apples and bright Sillery seasoned almond slices with the sweet, fresh pomegranate and Coquelicot vinaigrette make a dynamic combination. This crunchy and fresh salad is very addictive.

Ingredients
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 5oz bag arugula
- 1 granny smith apple, sliced paper thin
- 1 cup Sillery Almonds, or toasted almond slices
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- ½ cup Coquelicot Vinaigrette
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
