Ingredients

  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 5oz bag arugula
  • 1 granny smith apple, sliced paper thin
  • 1 cup Sillery Almonds, or toasted almond slices
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • ½ cup Coquelicot Vinaigrette
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
