Divide the blood orange segments into 4 serving bowls. Drizzle some olive oil on top and sprinkle some Mishmish spice over it.
Place a scoop (or more) of sorbet in each bowl and garnish with a few cilantro leaves.
you can serve this same dish with goat cheese instead of the sorbet for a great appetizer
add a splash of Campari to each bowl for a fun twist.
