I think that citrus should be in as many dishes as possible, and I am always excited for blood orange season. This recipe is the proof that making a great dessert does not require much but good ingredients and the right spice.
Blood Orange Fruit Salad

Ingredients

4 blood oranges, peeled and supremed
-
1 pint of orange sorbet (or any other citrus, lemon, grapefruit, etc)
-
Olive oil
-
Mishmish N33 spice
-
4 sprigs of cilantro, washed and dried
Directions
Divide the blood orange segments into 4 serving bowls. Drizzle some olive oil on top and sprinkle some Mishmish spice over it.
Place a scoop (or more) of sorbet in each bowl and garnish with a few cilantro leaves.
Enjoy.
Recipe Note
Variations & Ideas:
You can serve this same dish with goat cheese instead of the sorbet for a great appetizer.
Add a splash of Campari to each bowl for a fun twist.
