Sweet Smokey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 small sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 4-6 wedges each
• 2 Tbsp Cataluña
• 1 tsp fine sea salt
• 2 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients to coat evenly.
3. Bake on a tray in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender and crisped at the edges.
