Sweet Smokey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 small sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 4-6 wedges each
2 Tbsp Cataluña
1 tsp fine sea salt
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients to coat evenly.
Bake on a tray in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender and crisped at the edges.
