Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice (I like almond or soy milk)
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp Chai spice
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey (optional)

Directions

Heat the milk in a pot to a gentle boil. Add the turmeric, vanilla and Chai spice blend.
Froth the milk with a frother or a hand held whisk until well combined.
Strain into a cup, sweeten with honey if you like and - enjoy!
