Chai Spiced Golden Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (I like almond or soy milk) 
  • ½ tsp turmeric 
  • ½ tsp Chai spice 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey (optional) 

Directions

  1. Heat the milk in a pot to a gentle boil. Add the turmeric, vanilla and Chai spice blend.
  2. Froth the milk with a frother or a hand held whisk until well combined.
  3. Strain into a cup, sweeten with honey if you like and - enjoy!
