Dry Autumn Spritz
This simple cocktail featuring La Boîte Amaro uses fresh orange and our Apollonia blend to create a dry and bright drink that evokes cooler weather and fall colors.

Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces of La Boîte Amaro
- 1/2 small juice orange, cut in segments (reserve 1 piece for garnish)
- Apollonia N29
- Seltzer
Directions
- Muddle the amaro and all but one orange slice together in a tumbler or Collins glass.
- Fill with cracked ice, then seltzer, then garnish with an orange slice dipped in Apollonia N29.
- Give it a gentle stir if you like, and serve with a straw.
