This simple cocktail featuring La Boîte Amaro uses fresh orange and our Apollonia blend to create a dry and bright drink that evokes cooler weather and fall colors.
Ingredients
1.5 ounces of La Boîte Amaro
1/2 small juice orange, cut in segments (reserve 1 piece for garnish)
Apollonia N29
Seltzer
Directions
Muddle the amaro and all but one orange slice together in a tumbler or Collins glass.
Fill with cracked ice, then seltzer, then garnish with an orange slice dipped in Apollonia N29.
Give it a gentle stir if you like, and serve with a straw.
