United StatesThere are a couple of spices and blends from La Boite that have become almost a daily obsession for me...Apollonia heads the list...of course I put it in baked goods & with the Holidays approaching look forward to topping off fresh baked (from frozen LOL chocolate croissants) and as an essential ingredient in my Mom's recipe for spice cake...a childhood favorite. But I have taken to adding a briskly whisked pinch or up to 1/4 teaspoon (depending on cup size) in my morning Mocha Cappuccino and it just doesn't taste the same with out it! Amazing blend!
GermanyI truly love the spice Apollonia and use it everywhere and in everything.....raw fruit, in coffee/tea, as a sprinkling over baked items. Have gifted numerous jars to friends and family and they all love it and have sent a couple of jars to family in Germany. This is a wonderful, delicious spice that makes everything better. Highly recommend it.
