Herby Za'atar, full of nutty sesame seeds, and so much sumac flavor makes a great vinaigrette. With bloomed herbs and spices, fruity olive oil, and the sweet acidic support of good balsamic vinegar this is another vinaigrette that can be served as a light sauce.

¼ cup Za'atar spice blend (30g)
¼ cup balsamic vinegar (56g)
1 tsp salt (2g)
6 Tbsp olive oil(45g)
Measure the ingredients into a clean jar with a leakproof lid.
Shake to blend well.
Make sure the jar you use has a little extra room for shaking.
This vinaigrette can also be made by measuring the ingredients into a bowl and whisking to combine well.
Use a good balsamic vinegar and it you'd like that deluxe drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar try this one.
Great as a vinaigrette for a basic salad.
Drizzle onto your warm plate of warm grilled chicken, fish, shrimp, or tomatoes.
