Troy Primo and his wife, Kara, started Primo's Pepper in 2012 to bring their passion for peppers and hot sauce to life. Their extensive pepper garden is used to make a line of hot sauces and pepper jellies devoted to conserving time-honored traditions of preserving. They have even managed to grow what is arguably the hottest pepper in the world, called the 7-Pot Primo.
After meeting a few years back, Primo and Lior have shared an admiration for each other's work, sending each other products back and forth from New York to Louisiana. Using La Boite spices, Primo created Primonition Hot Sauce, a Verde-style sauce with smoky flavors and a lot of heat, but great for everyday use.
