Great with tagines! We use it exclusively for lamb & chicken tagines. Complex flavor- never overwhelming!
I love to just open and sniff! I rub it on chicken 2 days before BBQ and it is heavenly. Great when used with a light touch for cous cous. Will try more applications.
So delicious with braised lamb. Makes me look like quite the chef!
I always add a teaspoon of Tangier spice to my favorite tagine recipe for a richer more authentic flavor. I also love to toss butternut squash with Tangier spice, olive oil and salt before roasting. This is one of the blends that I always keep in my pantry. I would love to see more recipes from La Boite that use this blend.
