Ingredients
- 1.5 oz coconut water
- 1 oz Banks 5 Island rum
- 0.25 oz pineapple juice
- 0.25 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup (2 parts sugar:1 part water)
- Freshly grated nutmeg as a garnish
Directions
- Build in a chilled rocks glass filled with one large cube.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple leaf.
