Ingredients

1.5 oz coconut water
-
1 oz Banks 5 Island rum

0.25 oz pineapple juice

0.25 oz lemon juice
-
1 tsp simple syrup (2 parts sugar:1 part water)

Freshly grated nutmeg as a garnish
Directions
Build in a chilled rocks glass filled with one large cube.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple leaf.
