Lemon in the Coconut

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz Banks 5 Island rum
  • 0.25 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp simple syrup (2 parts sugar:1 part water)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg as a garnish

Directions

  1. Build in a chilled rocks glass filled with one large cube.
  2. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple leaf.
