Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs (bone in and skin on) or 4 leg quarters separated
- 2 fuji apples, cut in 6 wedges, cores removed
- 2 onions, cut in 6 wedges
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
- 2 Tbsp Pasha spice
- 1/4 cup silan
- Salt
- Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the chicken, vegetables, and apple with Pasha, silan, salt, and olive oil to coat and place it in a roasting pan or baking tray.
- Roast for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken and vegetables are tender.
- If you are looking for a crispy skin place the pan under the broiler for 3 to 4 minutes for an extra char and crunch.Enjoy.
