There could never be enough chicken recipes. I know I've said it before but roasted chicken is a staple at our table.  Pasha has a well-rounded blend of Urfa, sumac, and oregano.

 

Pasha Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs (bone in and skin on) or 4 leg quarters separated
  • 2 fuji apples, cut in 6 wedges, cores removed
  • 2 onions, cut in 6 wedges
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Pasha spice
  • 1/4 cup silan
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the chicken, vegetables, and apple with Pasha, silan, salt, and olive oil to coat and place it in a roasting pan or baking tray.
  3. Roast for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken and vegetables are tender.
  4. If you are looking for a crispy skin place the pan under the broiler for 3 to 4 minutes for an extra char and crunch.Enjoy.
