The oven and stove version
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Lay eight squares of graham crackers on the tray, flat side up with a tablespoon of chocolate chips on to each.
- Place the tray in the oven for 3-5 minutes, just long enough to half melt the chips (soft but not runny).
- For the charry parts, skewer two marshmallows on a metal skewer and gently roast them over an open stove flame over medium heat.
- Then sandwich the marshmallows with the other graham cracker square on top and hold steadily as you wiggle and remove the skewer from the fresh, warm s’more. Continue roasting and sandwiching until all s’mores are complete.
For the outdoor version
- You can always pre-melt the chips if you are making the s’mores at home and bring the tray out closer to the BBQ.
- You can also hold the un-melted chips on the graham cracker nice and flat and make sure your marshmallows are warmed through. Then sandwich the marshmallows with the other graham cracker square on top and hold steadily as you wiggle and remove the skewer from the fresh, warm s’more. Enjoy!
