    Great read

    I have to say how much I appreciate the thought process that went into this book! It’s great to have a master recipe followed by 4 or 5 simple to do variations. Genius! I also loved the opening chapter about organizing your veggies from the market and other thoughtful insights, and this is coming from a professional cook! I haven’t had a chance to experiment yet but that’s coming very soon.

    Excellent books and superb spice mixes

    As usual great. I bought all three books and gave a set of each to 2 friends and kept one set for me. Whenever I meet my friends, I tell them about La Boite!!! I am so impressed.
