The flavor is so clean and smooth. I use it for salads pretty much exclusively. Only other time I use it is for dipping freshly made focaccia as an easy appetizer - which is about as perfect a taste as you’ll ever experience.
Bought it off an Andrew Zimmern Instagram review. I’d say a bit over rated compared to how he spoke about it, but still worth the price, story and quality.
Light and very flavorful. I use this oil for finishing dishes, salads, dressings and dipping. Also wonderful in olive oil cakes and other baked goods. Just delicious !
