La Boîte Tahina

Milled in small batches from high-quality Ethiopian Humera sesame seeds - now extra creamy!

Created in collaboration with Har Bracha, Chef Lior Lev Sercarz of La Boîte introduces the 100% Ethiopian Humera sesame tahini. This tahina, as it is traditionally called, uses the finest sesame seeds in the world from the Great Nile, and is made by the Samaritan community of Israel using traditional methods, with no additives. Its stone-ground preparation is the secret to its uniquely rich flavor and texture.

Great as an ingredient in whipped tahina, hummus, dressings, or drizzled straight from the jar.
