Awesome Blend
This is one of my go to blends. Very versatile. Just poached some fresh peaches in Sambuca. Used the Tangiers blend with a bit of the Smoked Cinnamon blend with sugar to make a reduction sauce. Poured it on top with a dollop of Marscarpone and toasted hazelnuts on top... exquisite! Subtle yet flavorful with spices!

Simply the best pepper blend [Pierre Poivre]. Floral, fruity, and most of all fresh. Both fragrance and taste are superb. Blooms wonderfully in warm oil to enhance Indian and Pakistani dishes. Also in all Levantine dishes particularly shakshuka. Truly a bargain for the depth of flavors it provides. For what it’s worth it is my go to pepper blend

Love the warm spice mix of Ararat. The aroma is unbelievable! It contains smoked paprika, cumin, Espelette pepper, and more. It’s perfect for simple oven baked chicken wings, Shakshouka, ratatouille, beef or lamb stew, and many Mediterranean dishes. It’s a kitchen must have. I like to pair it with another great spice mix - Shabazi as holiday gifts.
