This (three!) ingredient recipe for freezer ice cream from reader Orpa Navot is as easy as can be. Can you whip cream? You can make this.
4 to 6
2 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Magnolia or Carnation brands preferred)
1 tsp Orchidea N34
Optional addition, a handful of blended fruit (the pictured ice cream has blended strawberries and blueberries)
Whip the cream to a stiff peak.
Gently mix in the condensed milk and Orchidea. Swirl in some fruit if desired.
Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
