For bold roasted flavor, Oz reinforces why broccoli is your favorite vegetable.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 pound broccoli (about 2 crowns), cut into spears
  • 1 Tbsp Oz blend
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce, regular or gluten free
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper, ground

Directions

  1. In a large heavy bottom skillet, heat the olive oil until shimmering.
  2. Add the broccoli spears and roast on high to golden brown and half cooked.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and drizzle over the broccoli, stirring and turning the broccoli to coat evenly until well browned and the liquid is reduced. You may need to turn the heat to low once the mixture is added to prevent scorching.
