    Who needs coriander?

    Second time I have ordered, use almost exclusively in place of coriander, one of my top 5 go to spices. Complex.

    A brighter coriander

    This is much lighter and brighter than the sometimes-muddy moroccan coriander. It makes more of a difference in recipes and stands up better to stronger flavors like cumin. It's especially nice in roasted carrot soup with ginger and turmeric. Also great in anything with preserved lemon in it.
