    Me Poivre

Very different take. Not too peppery but a nice subtle mild taste. Not hot or Spivey. Lovely pepper blend

Le Poivre is my favorite pepper blend of all time

Le Poivre is my go to spice for nearly everything. I was introduced to Espelette years ago but found myself using this delicate spice too sparingly for the shelf life & expense of keeping it on hand. The Voyager blend has stabilized it in a sense & I still get the delicacy of Espelette combined with other peppers & spices for many uses. Besides almost everywhere I’d use pepper where I don’t want to be overwhelmed by heat, I’ve pulverized it a bit to use in spice cake and sprinkle ever so lightly over an orange flan-or with a fluffy morning egg cheese omelette..Just love this pepper!
