    Lemon Pefection

    This is a lovely spice with a beautiful lemony aroma and taste. So far I have tried adding it to tea, soups and salads. It enhances all.

    Cheesecake Dreams

    I'm making a lemon myrtle cheesecake with macadamia nut crust with this powder. (My kitchen is currently being remodeled so I can't cook with anything I bought from your company yet!) This item is the entire reason I discovered La Boîte in the first place, in fact, while searching online for where this native Australian herb/spice could be bought in the US. It has an absolutely intoxicating scent.
