Spice Dabba x Kanchan Koya

A collaboration between Kanchan Koya (@chiefspicemama) and La Boite to help bring essential spices for everyday Indian cooking to the home cook. Dabba's are an integral part of Indian cooking, on top of the kitchen counter at all times for quick, convenient usage. Our collection features new and innovative Indian-inspired spice blends, traditional blends, essential single spices, and a beautiful gold spice box.

The Spice Dabba includes:

• Everyday Masala (2.25 oz): Turmeric, cumin, coriander & chili. Great for curries, soups, and vegetables.
• Tandoori (2.25 oz): Cumin, garlic, clove & cardamom. Great for yogurt marinades, chicken, fish, and vegetables.
• Chai (2.25 oz): Star anise, cardamom & rose. Great for spiced tea, hot chocolate, and oatmeal.
• Garam Masala (2.25 oz): Cardamom, clove & cinnamon. Great for curries, legumes, and lamb.
• Everything Indian (2.50 oz): Whole fennel, nigella, sesame & coriander seeds. Great for salads, roasted vegetables, and eggs.
• Turmeric (2.0 oz): An earthy, warm, bitter & slightly sweet spice. Great for lentils, rice, vegetables, and golden milk.
• Ground Cumin (2.25 oz): A warm, savory & earthy spice. Great for lamb, chicken, beans, and salads.
• Kashmiri Chili Powder (2.50 oz): A spicy, smoky & vibrant spice. Great for fish, chicken, vegetables, and legumes.
