Excellent and Versatile

Just made lamb meatballs that I pre seasoned with Ararat. Browned them and reduced the pan with red wine. Made a tomato sauce with the wine pan reduction, basil, thyme, bay, oregano, thyme and garlic. Truly delightful and so well balanced. Adds a very nice complexity to a dish that I normally do with a mint/garlic/yogurt sauce. This version didn't need it.
