My family is “picky” and by that I mean they think ketchup is spicy. But they all love this! Especially on salmon. I sprinkle it on top and cook fish, scrambled eggs, mix it in with vegetables, I just keep finding new ways to add it to things and I have even been told my salmon was “superb” so that has to mean something!
We love the za’atar so much we bought the big one! This is great on all sorts of proteins, we especially love it on spit roasted whole chicken! Mixed up with olive oil, and a little balsamic, good balsamic, let it sit for a few hours, shake it up some more and pour it on salads, or just dip bread into it! I can’t stress enough how much we enjoy the za’atar!
The freshest I've ever tasted I thought I didn't like zaatar because all the ones I had tried were chunky and had stems in them & tasted stale I researched articles for the best & la boite came up & it is the best absolutely love it
I use this on grilled Pork Chops instead of salt and pepper!
