We love the za’atar so much we bought the big one! This is great on all sorts of proteins, we especially love it on spit roasted whole chicken! Mixed up with olive oil, and a little balsamic, good balsamic, let it sit for a few hours, shake it up some more and pour it on salads, or just dip bread into it! I can’t stress enough how much we enjoy the za’atar!
