United StatesI was pleasantly surprised by the interesting combination of "smoked"s - paprika and cinnamon. I am still looking for the best dish where it would shine - it was a bit overwhelming on omelet or potato and cabbage overpowered it in turn. Will have to search more and I won't give up since I am mesmerized by Cataluña N. 22 through and through.
