Tangy, sun-dried yogurt for grating and seasoning.

Made from dried sheep's milk, yogurt stone is a unique ingredient from the Eastern Mediterranean.  Also known as kishk or jameed the tangy flavor is great grated onto salads, blended into sauces, and used as a seasoning.

  • Try it grated over pasta like Parmesan
  • grate it over warm toast with a drizzle of olive oil
  • soak it in water and blend it to use as a tender, sauce base for stews and braising beans
  • soak and blend it to make a tangy dipping sauce

*Keep in a cool dry place, refrigerate after opening, and for long-term storage.
