Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone in and skin on)
  • 1 lemon, cut in 6 wedges
  • 1 red onion, cut in 6 wedges
  • Ayala spice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Season the chicken with Ayala spice on both sides and place it in a roasting pan or baking tray.
  3. Place the red onion and lemon wedges around and roast for about 35 to 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
  4. If you are looking for a crispy skin place the pan under the broiler for 3 to 4 minutes for an extra char and crunch. Enjoy.
